Just ahead Indy has broken through from above and is hanging from a rope. Just as we get a light on the subject we find the subject is a sixteen-foot wide ball of solid stone. Will he jump into our waiting car? Will he climb back up? Will we back up? Tune in next time for the crushing conclusion. He thinks we are here to rescue him but he ends up rescuing us.
Dr. Indiana Jones™ quotes:
Careful down there.
I've got a bad feeling about this.
Uh oh, oh no, get me outta here!
Hey it's dark down here.
A rescue, just what I need!
Uh oh careful, we got company!
Salah, get some light down here.
There you are, let me in, lemmie in!
Uh oh, get me out, get me out!
Hey, get a light on down here!
You Made it, uh oh, back up, back up!

Dead end?!! What do you mean DEAD END ?!?!
<8=o)-BACK— to Journal.
SPOILER ALERT:
SPOILER!
Even more amazing than what you think you see here is the fact the boulder doesn't move at all.
It rotates as if it is rolling toward you. But it is fixed in one place by tripods on either side.
The entire room moves away from you! It is suspended on an overhead fly trolley. Often, just as you enter it is just comming to a halt as it resets, and the bits of moss hanging from the ceiling indicate the room's movement in the air.
To verify this, you can see the car slowly creeping forward as you watch the ground. The effect is disillusioned by paying particular attention to the edge where the track meets the walls.
And for an even stranger view try looking backwards at the "Epiphany Shot"!
It's as if a camera trucks forward while zooming out, the center stays the same size, but the world changes perspective.
