It is the advertising side displaying "Choose Wisely" in Marabic below its bold translation. This was the last time the advertising read "Dial 10-ATT before local toll calls from home." [Wouldn't that now read 10-10-ATT?] Now only one number covers both local toll and long distance calling 1-800-CALL-ATT.
