This is the Invitation only pass used on opening day which also has a spining decoder disk on the bottom. It would have had a clear label with the name and association (such as Guest or Press) pressed over the center of the front. To use the decoder you would spin the gazing beam to point at the Marabic and the plaintext is shown within the pupil of the eye.

On the front:
"Indiana Jones™ Adventure official decoder"
"wear near your heart but beware the eye of Mara" in marabic.

On the disk:
  "the words of"
"the temple walls"
  "are revealed"
"through the gaze"
     "of mara"

On the back:
